The Republican Unitary Enterprise “Mogilevavtodor” (RUE “Mogilevavtodor”) was founded in pursuance of the Automobile Road Committee of the Ministry of Transport and Communication of the Republic of Belarus Order № 44 of 30 April 1998. RUE “Mogilevavtodor” was registered in the National Register of juridical persons and individual entrepreneurs and was given the number of 700437908.. The latest edition of its Statute was approved by the Road Department “Belavtodor” of the Ministry of Transport and Communication of the Republic of Belarus Order № 118 of 1 June 2009. All the entities of RUE “Mogilevavtodor” (including roads) is of National possession and is controlled with RUE’ business and administrative activity and accounted in its balance (say belongs to RUE). The Ministry of Transport and Communication is the Establisher of RUE “Mogilevavtodor”. And RUE “Mogilevavtodor” is subordinate to the Road Department “Belavtodor ” of the Ministry. RUE “Mogilevavtodor” has 9 institutional road maintenance units in its structure which are situated in various administrational and territorial districts(rayons) of Mogilev Region (Oblast) and provide monitoring of road conditions and road maintenance process on the corresponding automobile roads. The main business activity of RUE “Mogilevavtodor” is ordered to provide proper transportation and exploiting conditions on the republican automobile roads it is in charge of and has in its balance, which should guarantee the safe motion of vehicles with the allowable speeds and loads on the roads. RUE also fulfils the functions as the Principal Client (Contractor), i.e. concludes Contracts with the Contractors (Executers), finances and supervises all the constructing, repairing and maintaining works on the republican automobile roads it administrates and accounts in its balance. RUE “Mogilevavtodor” as the Owner of the Republican automobile roads does processes several Administrative procedures on the requests of juridical and physical persons and individual entrepreneurs as it is substituted in the Laws and Regulations of the Belarusian Government.
